4 Year Board Member

To achieve this badge a clown must serve a minimum of 4 years as an officer on the board of the Elf Khurafeh Clown Unit.

This generally qualifies past directors, having “moved through the line”, serving as 2nd vice president, 1st vice president, president, and director, to receive this badge.

It also allows a treasurer or secretary, who traditionally don’t “move through the line”, but has served a minimum of 4 years to receive this merit.
