A clown with this badge has demonstrated basic abilities in balloon twisting.  This is just the first step in a long line of balloon twisting merits.  Completion of this level shows sufficient skills to begin twisting at events and outings.


#. Demonstrate the following basic skills:

    - Balloon inflation and knot tying
    - Multiple bubble creation
    - Loops
    - Balloon curving


#. Make the following basic balloon animals/objects:

    - Dog
    - Giraffe
    - Sword
    - Apple
    - Bumble Bee
    - Flower
    - Elephant
    - Heart
