Merit Badge Handbook

This document details the requirements that must be fulfilled to earn each of the merit badges available to members of the Elf Khurafeh Shrine Clown Unit.

Merit badges can be earned by any Apprentice, Regular, or Life member at any time.

Many badges require demonstration of the skill, a test of a sort, which must be completed before someone who already posses a merit badge of the level being demonstrated.
